  1. How long are your leases?

    ?

    At the current time, we are offering 6-month and 12-month leases. We do also offer to rent month to month; however, this raises rental rates by $100.00 per month.
  2. Do you have any move-in specials?

    ?

    Please contact the office to find out if we are running any move-in specials at the current time.
  3. Can I get DirecTV, Rise Broadband, Digis, etc., there?

    ?

    We are prewired for Dish Network, Satview, and Frontier. You may use any provider you would like, as long as they comply with our installation policy. Please let us know which provider you are using so that we can best try to accommodate your needs.
  4. Do you have a swimming pool?

    ?

    We do not have a swimming pool or hot tub at this time.
  5. Is smoking allowed on the premises?

    ?

    Smoking is allowed on the balconies/patios and outside. Smoking is not allowed in the units or stairwells.
  6. Is renter's insurance required?

    ?

    We do not currently require renter's insurance, although we do recommend it.
  7. What is included in rent?

    ?

    Water, sewer, and garbage is included in rent. Electricity through NV Energy and gas through Southwest Gas are the tenant's responsibility.
  8. What is parking like?

    ?

    Two spaces are allowed per unit, with permits provided upon lease signing. There is no assigned parking and tenants may park wherever they like as long as they have a permit in their vehicle.
